Account

• Register with your name, mobile number, and a password of 8 to 72 characters. Include one small letter, one capital letter, and one special character.
• After registration you land on the exam list. Profile stays in the top corner and can be saved whenever you like.
• The password is changed from Profile, and only after you log in. If you forgot your password, message us on the support number.
• Practice asks you to log in. Exams, plans, this page, and About stay open.

A sitting

• Choose a subject and Easy, Medium, or High, then Start dictation. High asks for a much harder passage. The text stays hidden until you save.
• Previous year dictations opens the passages already stored here. Those are not grouped by subject.
• Write on paper while the audio plays. Type only after you have taken the dictation.
• Save and see the result. That is the action that uses one save.
• If the voice does not start, wait a moment and press Play dictation again.

The score

The error percentage uses the Staff Selection Commission script: full mistakes and half mistakes, divided by the words that were dictated. Pass or fail is against that exam’s limit. A shorter passage is read in full. It is not padded to fill the minutes.

Plans and payment

• Practice and Plans show the dictations and corrections that are left. After the free ones, choose a plan.
• Pay and start opens Razorpay. When the payment is confirmed, you return to your profile and the plan is active.
• A paid day resets at midnight IST. A new dictation counts when the passage is prepared. A correction counts when the result is saved.
• If you finished paying and the plan is not shown yet, refresh the profile. The payment is confirmed from Razorpay before the plan is added.
